OpenAI Assistant API

Join Biz AI uses the OpenAI Assistant API to build its smart AI chatbot. It is recomended to familiarize yourself with OpenAI documentation before getting started with our platform.

When employing the assistant, we make use of the retrieval function, meaning we only support gpt-3.5-turbo and gpt-4 plus models. For a better understanding of this retrieval function, we highly recommend reading the official documentation on Knowledge Retrieval. With the new Assistant version 2 now support the latest model GPT-4o and GPT-4o mini.

Please note: GPT-4 might not be available or respond with your AI Chatbot. This is because you haven't used OpenAI enough to reach Tier 1. For more information on tiers, you can find additional details here.
